Our Policies



​  Payment is due at time of service in a form of cash , credit/debit card or check .

there will be a $40 fee for all returned checks .


If you cannot keep your appointment please call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance so that I may fill the spot . Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.

Failure to have your pet available for grooming at the scheduled appointment time will result in a $60 fee . If multiple pets are scheduled and you decided not to have one or more groomed at the last minute you will be charged for partial groom . (unless pet is sick or injured)


When Dogville Mobile grooming offers an Appointment time it is a estimated arrival time . Arrival time is in a 1 hour time span . Due to traffic or previous appointment running over or under  , I may at times be running early or late , If I feel that I will be more than 10 minutes early or late I will call ahead.


Dogville  Mobile Grooming strongly recommends pre-scheduling appointments this will guarantee that your pet will stay in excellent condition because there will be no waiting for an opening when you call . I recommend keeping a every 4 to 6 week grooming schedule , Pets kept in a long coat will need to be groomed every 2 to 4 weeks to keep the coat mat free. 


Due to insurance policy  Clients are not allowed in the grooming unit while pets are being  groomed , However I am more then happy to give tours of the grooming unit before the grooming begins .
